Pitbull unleashes on Donald Trump: ‘Be careful of El Chapo’

The artist delivered that message to raucous applause after accepting an award at Premios Juventud, a Univision awards ceremony that aired on Thursday night.

Trump has reportedly called on the FBI to investigate “El Chapo’s” threats after his son wrote in a Twitter rant, “Keep f… around and I’m gonna make you swallow your b…ch words you …” Pitbull is one of the artists criticizing Trump for his insensitive remarks toward “a culture that I ride for”. After his escape, Trump even engaged with a fake Guzman had a brief, albeit threatening exchange on Twitter. “What I think is that he found a button (illegal immigration) that he likes, and he sees that he got people mad and hot and he’s gonna keep pushing it”.

In a video interview on Fusion’s America With Jorge Ramos, the Miami-born Cuban rapper sagely pointed out that, “Donald Trump doesn’t become Donald Trump by being ignorant”.

Pitbull began his short speech by thanking Trump, the Republican presidential hopeful, for inviting him to eat in his hotel and fly in his helicopter. Also during the speech, Pitbull said he’s Latino and Trump just cannot be president.

He said, “I am not political”.

“I’m not a politician, I’m a musician, but more than that, I’m a Latino”, Pitbull said in Spanish, according to Politico. “And this culture is the only reason I’m having this conversation right now”, he said, according to Politico.

He named three other leading presidential candidates, Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio and Hillary Clinton, and urged them to knock Trump out of the race.
