Plane, 2 aboard, crashes into house in Northern California

“They were sitting there relaxing in the living room and they heard what sounded like a tree had fallen”, she said.
“The man is described as a white or light skinned Hispanic in his mid-20’s, about 5′ 6” tall with medium build. The woman says he spoke clear English with no accent and had a scar or injury near his right eye.
NTSB said it will take at least five to seven days before they release a preliminary incident report.
The jolt came from a plane crashing through the trees and exploding just feet from the house they were renting for the night – a home that would quickly catch fire.
“We were pouring a glass of wine when all of a sudden, the house shook, and there was a big boom”.
“We looked out the window and saw flames”.
“It was within 10 feet of the side of the house. We grabbed the dog”, he said.
The El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office will do an autopsy to determine the identities of the two people on board.
The FAA and the National Transportation Security Board will investigate the crash. Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Alan Kenitzer said.
