He was on the board of several nonprofits and once worked under former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. “We can not express how much we will miss his presence in our lives”.
Joe Trustey and his 18-year-old daughter, Anna, were killed when their plane went down at Timmerman Airport in Milwaukee. “We are so sorry for the family’s loss and our thoughts and prayers are with them”.

In 1990, Trustey completed a master’s in business administration from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, as its MBA students with high-distinction degrees are known.
The crash happened about 6:15 p.m.at Lawrence J. Timmerman Airport, which is located on the northwest side of Milwaukee, said Pat Rowe, an airport spokeswoman.
Quentin Smith tells WISN-TV he tried to get close to the wreckage to see if anyone survived, but was driven back by the fire. The pilot had pulled up after his first landing attempt, and a wingtip appeared to hit the ground on his second, fatal one.
