PlayStation Plus January Titles Will Include Grim Fandango Remastered And More
Either way, Sony Computer Entertainment (SCE), creator of the upcoming PlayStation VR head-mounted display (HMD) for PlayStation 4, expects such an app to “come out of nowhere”.
It seems that the leak from earlier was correct, and PlayStation Plus members will be getting both Grim Fandango Remastered and Hardware: Rivals for free in January 2016.
All six PS Plus titles are usually made available on the first Tuesday of the month so it is likely that these titles, in addition to the four unannounced games, will be available to download on January 5th.
Yeah, PlayStation VR. What about the games? Grim Fandango Remastered is of course the recent remastering of a classic game that is well known for it’s point and click gameplay, puzzles and story. Then again, it’s hit and miss with the PlayStation Plus titles as not everyone will be happy. The game shares some similarities with the successful Rocket League so fans of the game developed by Psyonix will surely find something to like in Hardware Rivals. They will be confirmed shortly afterwards by Sony on the official PlayStation Blog. It is just a guess though so don’t hold me to it. The re-mastered version was launched in January this year, and is expected to be quite popular, if it is included for free.
