Pokemon GO To Be Released In Other Regions Within ‘Days’
Pokemon Go has been a hit with fans, however, with so many players playing the game, it seems a bit overloaded.
Though it admittedly takes some time for the rose-tinted wonder of Pokemon GO to wear off, once it does you are usually left with the sudden realization that this addictive game is several updates away from emulating classic Pokemon gaming experiences.
When a player takes control of a gym for their team, they can leave a Pokemon behind to guard it.
Are you a Pokemon GO player living in one of these less populated areas? Its main use is to alert you of any nearby in-game Pokestops or catchable Pokemon (although only Pokemon that you have already added to your Pokedex) without you having to look at your phone. Beware, though. Logging in with a different method may create a new game. When making Pokemon Go, Niantic Labs used the same mapping database they used with Ingress.
Though this may have been my least favorite part of the Nintendo games, I think it would be awesome to be able to challenge other trainers to a battle while walking down the street or in the local mall. But these sorts of hacky workarounds won’t need to be employed much longer, either- it appears as though, contrary to initial reports, Pokemon GO’s global rollout may be resumed sooner rather than later. Bad enough that people are possibly getting injured by not looking where they’re going, but sometimes they are also forgetting their decorum. This way I can see what team is challenging my Gym, or just who else is around me. I could definitely see this as an incentive to get your child (or adult) to exercise and explore. I live in a rural-ish area that would be flawless for Ratatas, Pidgeys, Spearows and just about every bug type. People are going Pokemon insane, with some even using the game to carry out crimes. “You wanted to run around and become the best of the best and catch all the Pokemon and now you get a chance to walk around and freely do it”, said Sean Neal.
Official and unofficial versions of the augmented reality mobile phone game have been downloaded millions of times around the world but popularity has come at a price.
