Pokemon Sun and Moon: Six New Pokemon Revealed
In a recently released trailer, Nintendo showcased 6 of the newest Pokemon that will be appearing in the upcoming Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon games.
These features and new Pokemon are shown off in the new trailer for the game, which you can see for yourself below. For each one’s type and special abilities, see the descriptions below. This is the creature that was initially revealed last week, alongside the strong arm Pokemon Bewear.
First is the Bug/Water Pokemon known as Wimpod, or the Turn Tail Pokemon.
Bounsweet (Grass type) is the Fruit Pokemon which gives off a delicious aroma. As a result many people allow Bounsweet to live with them and freshen up their homes.
Finally, there’s Comfey, a fairy-type that resembles a lei, which fits well with Pokemon Sun and Moon’s Hawaiian-inspired Alola region.
As for the features I mentioned, we have something called Hyper Training, a new function that will allow trainers to increase the power of their Pokemon beyond level 100. Its legs are coated in a protective mud and its kick can destroy a vehicle in a single blow. Its kick can destroy a vehicle in one fell swoop, and Mudslade has a Stamina ability that boosts its Defense by one point when attacked.
Bewear is the Strong Arm Pokemon that must never be approached carelessly.
As the Disguise Pokemon, Mimikyu lives its life constantly covered by its cloth. We get a look at Mimikyu’s disguise ability in the trailer- apparently Mimikyu’s Pikachu costume can deserve as a decoy that takes an attack for it, but it will get “busted” and not work anymore after that.
The trailer gives us a look at a bunch of new Pokemon. In order to optimally arrange this, it looks like the changes will have some effect on X and Y as well as Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby.
The trailer also demonstrates how trainers can now host their own Pokemon competitions through Global link. These competitions can include players from around the world, or only feature players that are included on a pre-approved list.
Live Competitions – These competitions allow players to host a competition and play together with friends and other Trainers who are in the same space. A system of Digital Player IDs is contained in QR Codes, which are scanned to allow players to join battles according to certain conditions.
Hey, did you know there are Pokemon games out there other than Pokemon Go?
