Police questioning persons of interest in connection with Amanda Blackburn’s
A handgun has been found near the home of Amanda Blackburn, the pastor’s wife who was shot dead last week in Indiana.
WXIN TV reports that police are questioning people in connection to Amanda Blackburn’s deadly shooting.
The pastor whose pregnant wife was killed in a home invasion attack is talking about the final moments of her life and pleading for people who have any information about her assassination to come forward.
Diaz says the gun was wet and muddy but appeared relatively new.
Police released two video stills Monday of a suspect seen walking near the Blackburn’s home. Investigators believe the armed robber may have struck at another home earlier the same morning. She died the next day from her injuries, leaving behind her husband, Pastor Davey Blackburn with the Resonate Church, and a young son.
Investigators also said the killer stole more than one television in the robberies and drove off in a dark-colored SUV.
Davey and Amanda Blackburn are pictured in happier times.
