Porsche Announces Macan S and Macan Turbo Recall
PCNA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Porsche AG, which is headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany.
The GTS will be powered by the same 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 as the Macan S, but the engine has been tuned to produce 360 hp and 500 Nm of torque.
The vehicle accelerates to 60 miles per hour in as little as 4.8s in conjunction with the optional Sport Chrono Package and up to a top track speed of 159 miles per hour. Stronger springs and stabilizers, increased camber on the front axle, the adaptive dampers specifically tuned to M Performance specifications and the BMW xDrive four wheel drive system with its rear wheel-drive characteristics including Performance Control, ensure a neutral self-steering response as well as a reduced roll tendency.
Porsche has unveiled their latest iteration of their little crossover, the Macan GTS. This combination provides adjustable ride height and damper stiffness. It also has about 13 per cent market share in its segment.
The Macan GTS is characteristically recognized by the many black exterior accents.
The GTS interior is distinguished by leather/Alcantara inserts on the sports seats, with “GTS” embroidered on them. Passengers can surf the web, while the driver can access real-time traffic, and even transfer destinations and calendar appointments from a smartphone into the PCM.
The Porsche Macan has proven to be wildly successful since it went on sale in Australia in Q2, 2014.
