Pre-registration Open For Super Mario Run Android
“Super Mario Run” is no longer the top app over at the Apple App Store with most seemingly fed up with the recurring gameplay and pay-to-play setup. It’s the first time Nintendo has launched one of its popular game characters in a mobile game, after what seems like years of consumers hoping and praying for it. Once the game is available for release, you should be able to download it on your Android devices. We don’t know when the title will roll out exactly but Android users can now sign up and pre-register on Google Play Store. Though no official date has been confirmed but the opening of pre-registration indicates that the game is up for release soon, add media reports. At that level, only 1 to 2 percent of people who download the game will buy the full version, according to Apptopia Inc. There has been over $5 million in revenue from the game as well.
There were a number of factors to consider the game’s revenue drop, but majority of the sources indicates that it is mainly due to the game’s price. The story line is the same as any other Mario game; Princess Peach has been kidnapped by the evil Bowswer and Mario needs to travel through unsafe worlds and enemies to save her. The game turned out to be a big hit for Nintendo right after it catering all the fame from its Pokemon Go game.
Android users can now pre-register for Super Mario Run by visiting the Google Play store and inputting their details. The game was the talk of the town when it first came out on December 15.
In case you are wondering why Nintendo launched its game on iOS and not Android, the game’s creator Shigeru Miyamoto said that it has to do with piracy.
