Predators down Bruins 3-2

Marchand’s bout ended up being the precursor for the main event, as Bruins bruiser Tyler Randell laid the smackdown on Nashville’s Eric Nystrom just two minutes later. The Preds continue to thrive from their defense and goaltending but their offense has run dry this season after seemingly finding their groove last year and while we still have more than half of the year left it is a cause for concern for the Preds especially when they face off against teams that also have strong back ends.
