Prince William and Duchess of Cambridge to visit Bhutan in the spring
It will be couple’s first visit to Bhutan, and it is unclear whether they will be accompanied by their children, two-year-old Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who was born in May a year ago.
“Kate and William have always wanted to have a large family”.
Kensington Palace said about the Cambridges’ tour: “The visit is being carried out at the request of Her Majesty’s Government and will be the first time their Royal Highnesses have visited the country”.
Those aren’t the only royal affairs happening this year, though.
The Duchess of Cambridge takes a sip of water as she watches her husband speak to a room full of St. Andrews alumni and supporters at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. The Sydney Morning Herald reported that Prince William and Kate chose the said school not only because of its close proximity but also because it provides more privacy and security compared to a school near Kensington Palace.
The royal couple is adding a stop to the Himalayan kingdom to a previously announced trip to India.
The dainty photos of Prince George and Princess Charlotte of Cambridge are simply captivating.
While the final itinerary is still being confirmed William and Kate’s tour of India is also set to be memorable.
William and Kate took their son to the Westacre Montessori School nursery on Wednesday as his education formally began. This is Catherien’s first engagement since announcing her second pregnancy.
We know the duchess has introduced the exuberant Prince George to the Buckingham Palace swimming pool and he will no doubt be riding a pony soon enough.
Perhaps the biggest role Kate will play in 2016, aside from the role of wife and mother to two future kings of England, will be celebrating Queen Elizabeth’s 90th birthday and Prince Philip’s 95th birthday.
