Prince William and Kate help at brokerage charity day
The matriarch wasn’t shy in telling the Duchess her look was too sexy.
Photos of Princess Kate at 23rd ICAP annual Charity Day reveal the Duchess has cut her hair, transforming her lengthy bouncy locks into a more conservative and sleek, long bob.
ICAP’s Charity Day raises money during the festive season for a range of charities, including SkillForce, of which William is patron, and SportsAid and Place2Be, of which Kate is patron.
Since its inception in 1993, ICAP’s charity day has raised more than £120 million around the world, with over 60 ICAP offices worldwide taking part annually.
The Mirror’s royal reporter Victoria Murphy was at the event, and said the style was a “rare change” for Kate. In fact, she rocked this exact outfit years ago in 2012, except she embellished the look with a black hat and black gold-plated suede belt at the time.

So, on a morning like this one, otherwise unremarkable, to open your laptop and learn that Kate Middleton has chopped off “a few inches” (!) of her hair… well, let’s just say that if you didn’t open your window, shriek into the frigid air, jump outside, and run through the streets beating your chest, well then you are a very different individual than us.
She debuted the look with a teal tailored skirt suit by British designer LK Bennett at a London charity event with husband Prince William on Wednesday.
