Private schools to reopen on Tuesday
Classes won’t resume until govt assumes responsibility for security, says APPSF.
The negotiations between local government and All Pakistan Private Schools Federation had remained successful after which the authorities finally made a decision to reopen the schools on Monday, private news channel reported.
The Commission will also enforce these institutes to provide free education to 10% of deserving children.
“Schools were ordered closed on Monday amid confusion and uncertainty”.
He said the management of private schools would not allow anyone to enter the institution without any identification No action will be taken against any school without recommendation of the concerned security committee. Several individuals from various government departments have been threatening to seal schools and register FIRs against school heads and owners.
It stated that private schools were in compliance with the written security guidelines issued in December, 2014.

Talking to media, Punjab Minister for Education Rana Mashood said that the 12 private school had agreed to reopen, adding that a notification will be issued in this regard.
The Minister assured that schools sealed on unsatisfactory security arrangements are being opened immediately, the cases registered against some schools will also be withdrawn on completion of security arrangements.
