Priyanka Chopra off on ‘much needed’ vacation

Mannara Chopra also said that she loved Priyanka’s role in Bajirao Mastani. I have been very busy and now finally I am going out of Mumbai with my friends. After 3 years busy schedule She takes five days break for a holiday trip. I am not going to reveal where I am going.

Priyanka is going on a five-day holiday to an undisclosed location to ring in the New Year.

Mumbai: “Zid” actress Mannara Chopra says every film of her star cousin Priyanka Chopra is a milestone. “I am going to turn off my mobile”. One is “Barfi!’ and second is ‘Aitraaz“, which was very different. I remember when I was doing Mary Kom, Sanjay sir said she won’t do it, and we discussed it. For me what was wonderful about Kashi was that am a greedy Sanjay Bhansali fan, am a believer in his world and cinema. “From what she said in the film, I felt that she conveyed a lot more than that and I was impressed by that”, she said. “There are six films; I can do only two between India and America”.

Priyanka, who has garnered praise for her portrayal as Kashibai in the movie, says she is just happy to be part of the film. “I have never played such a soft character”, the “Fashion” actress added. “Kashi was forogtten in history, nobody talks about her, nobody knows of her, because Bajirao and Mastani’s story is so forbidden and so epic, and hats off to Sanjay sir for giving her such a strong voice”. The film is slated to release on March 4, 2016.
