Priyanka Gandhi’s son Raihan Vadra visits Amethi, spends night with locals

The constituency of Amethi is represented by Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi and is also frequently visited by Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Sonia Gandhi.

Raihan met and interacted with the native residents of Amethi, who have been overjoyed at his visit.

They had an ordinary vegetarian meal sitting on wooden cots and spent the night in the open on simple beds protected by mosquito nets. They stayed at our place, had food and then left in the morning. “The posters are put up in Amethi town, market, railways station and schools, but Rahul Gandhi has not been found anywhere” Hari Krishna Shukla, a resident of Amethi was quoted as saying by ANI.

Rehan arrived here along with his friends by vehicle on Tuesday and stayed overnight in the constituency, eyewitnesses and party sources said.

Rehaan, son of Priyanka and Robert Vadra, was accompanied by his two friends to Amethi.
