Project X Zone 2 Gets a Release Date
The almost four-minute “Brave New World” trailer, embedded above, delivers an extended look at numerous game’ characters and a good chunk of gameplay.
Project X Zone is a 2012 tactical RPG that crosses over many of Bandai-Namco, Sega, and Capcom’s most popular characters.
This isn’t the first time Lucina from “Fire Emblem: Awakening” made a cameo appearance in another game. Meanwhile, this is Chrom’s first appearance outside of the series.
You can find the roster so far here, as well as screenshots for the newly revealed Segata Sanshiro, Resonance of Fate characters, among others. However, “Xenoblade” made Shulk a playable character in “Super Smash Bros”. Project X Zone 2 plays nearly identically to its predecessor.
“Project X Zone 2” will be published for Nintendo 3DS in February 16, 2016 for the US and February 19 for Europe.
It’s not very often that video game companies will unite to create a giant video game featuring some of their franchise characters.
