Quantico Recap 10/4/15: Season 1 Episode 2 “America”
In the present, Alex will still be on the run, even with her face plastered across screens all over the country.
Catch the third episode of Quantico, titled “Cover”, on October 11, 2015 at 10pm (US time) on ABC.
In “Cover,”Alex finally receives information about her father and his Federal Bureau of Investigation past, but in the future it’s her mother, Sita, who plays a key role when Liam convinces her to participate in a press conference on national television begging Alex to turn herself in”. Like their past assignments, they’ll have to analyze each other and they’ll probably uncover a few more secrets along the way. At the end of episode 2, Ryan (Jake McLaughlin) told Liam (Josh Hopkins) that Alex was his shooter (despite talking to Alex on the phone and claiming he couldn’t see the gunman).
“You’re never gonna catch her. She’s too good”. I’m not sure about him at all. It shows her leave at 5 am, shows Ryan enter her apartment a few hours later, but it doesn’t show anyone else go into the building. The story of Nimah and Raina should be intriguing, but it’s the plotline that most makes me feel like I’m being led down an unsatisfying path. When I think of twins pretending to be one person while training at the Federal Bureau of Investigation Academy and maintaining a love-hate relationship with their faux-gay classmate, I think of a farcical comedy from the late ’80s that would be advertised using the phrase “From the producers of Weekend At Bernie’s“. What were your theories?
With a little help from her fellow agents, will Alex get closer to the truth about the attack and her deceased father who was an Federal Bureau of Investigation agent? Natalie lets her guard down for a second and Alex is able to disarm her and handcuff her to a pipe and get away again. If you missed it we have a full and detailed recap, right here for you. What is going on?
