Quantum Break on Steam, new collector’s edition for PC coming September 14th

Those improvements are included in the retail and Steam versions of Quantum Break.

The Quantum Break Steam release has been announced, allowing one of Microsoft’s most anticipated games of 2016 to be able to come to a broader PC audience.

Previously, Quantum Break was exclusive to the Xbox One and Windows 10, leaving people that refused to upgrade to the much-maligned Windows 8 and 10 in the lurch.

Starting today, both the Quantum Break: Timeless Collector’s Edition and Windows Store version are available for $39.99. “We will ship games on Steam again”. This will include all the latest update. “We have worked on this release for a while”. Reinhard Pollice, Nordic’s business, and product development director, said in a statement.

“Apart from being a new IP (which is always a courageous step), Quantum Break turned out to be a sophisticated, visually stunning shooter with a top-notch cast of actors”, Nordic Games executive Reinhard Pollice said in a statement.

The Timeless Collector’s Edition will include the usual premium packaging, a “Making Of” Blu-Ry, “Making Of” book, the official soundtrack, two posters, a quickstart guide and five game discs with a Steam key for one-time redemption all for $39.99. The game will make its way to the digital storefront on September 14 later this year.
