Ram Charan as ‘Rakshak’?

As known, Mega powerstar Ram Charan Tej has sleeved up for Telugu remake of Tamil blockbuster Thani Oruvan.

Some sources stated that “Rakshak” is the title under consideration for this film, provided with the fact that the movie is all about a honest police officer saving people from organised crimes. Apparently, the echoing silence from mega camp about Chiranjeevi’s comeback film is making mega fans go restless, especially when they promised to announce the details and confirmed that they got the story, script and the director.

It should be noted that Aravind Swamy who immortalized the role of antagonist in the Tamil version is doing the same role in Telugu as well. He is charging a whopping 5Cr to act in the film. Prabhu and Satyaraj were the highest paid non-Telugu actors but this heartthrob of 90s beat the competition by a mile.

The movie will go on sets from January 2016 and will be released in the ending of the year.

Thani Oruvan, the movie directed by Mohan Raja which starred Jayam Ravi in the lead role was a mammoth hit in South Indian Box Office.

Ram Charan and his wife Upasana did special prayers yesterday at Domakonda in Nizamabad. There are reports are heard about title. As of now there is no clarity on this project and we have to wait few more days to get a clear picture.
