Rams, Chargers, Raiders apply for relocation to LA
A separate study by Charles River Associates, also commissioned by the National Football League, found St. Louis to be the least attractive market of the three teams vying to move to the City of Angels.
The Raiders posted to their website regarding their filing for relocation, “In accordance with the relocation policies, the Oakland Raiders submitted a relocation package to the NFL”.
The moves have always been expected. The task force spearheading efforts to build a new stadium here is also planning to send a detailed response to Kroenke’s relocation “statement of reasons”.
The Raiders and Chargers have teamed up on a joint stadium proposal in Carson.
“We’ve got to leave this to the Kroenkes”, he said. With the proposal submitted and statement to the fans, the Rams are official in the mix for relocation.
