Zimmer’s squad boasts the slightly better offense, averaging 21.0 points per game to the Rams’ 19.3, but all signs point to this being a hard-fought game that goes down to the wire. Both teams are athletic and young in the secondary.

Both of these teams have similar philosophies offensively and defensively, which figures for a close game on Sunday. Here are the five keys to the team’s success.

With a below average offense line, this is something a quarterback has to get used to, but the ability to stand and deliver in the face of pressure is the mark of someone who can last in the NFL. The Rams certainly need to diversify over the long term.

THE POCKET ROCKET: Tavon Austin was long gone to the Rams with the eighth overall pick when the Vikings were up in the 2013 draft.
