Ready for the budget exam, says Modi

The 13th edition of the prime minister’s radio programme “Mann Ki Baat” focused on the upcoming board exams and also had guest speakers, including ace cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, chess champion Vishwanathan Anand, religious preacher Morari Bapu and celebrated scientist C.N.R Rao.
I have seen two types of students appearing for exams, one who concentrate on strength and learning.
Alluding to the presentation of the 2016-17 general budget, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday observed that he too was to appear for an exam and exhorted students appearing in the coming board examinations to maintain a positive approach.
“But I’m confident and wish success to you too”, PM said.
They gave their own examples of how they approached their exams in their respective fields, keeping tension aside. But keep your thinking positive, positive results will surely follow.
Prime Minister has counseled students to set their own targets and work towards achieving their goals.
I am as much concerned as you are about examinations of your children.
Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar, said, “Your parents, teachers, relatives must be having a lot of expectations from you.
We should rather spend some good time with our family and friends and relax.
Sachin asked students to stay positive and set realistic targets. He said, while public expectation from him was huge, he did not come under pressure. He also emphasised on the need to have a sound sleep.
Modi added that if a person lacks confidence, then there is no peace within, which affects work.
On the occasion of National Science Day Modi said let Indians resolve to make science and technology as an essential part of their lives.
In programme, Modi also announced that his government has chose to establish a Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO), where gravitational waves can be studied.
