Real Housewives star released from prison
In another photo Teresa could also be seen holding on tightly to her husband Joe Giudice, who, like his wife, seemed unable to contain his emotions as he was seen smiling from ear to ear.
PEOPLE also learned that she took some extra time primping (about a half hour’s worth!) in the prison’s public bathroom before leaving this morning.
There was even a shiny new Lexus with a big red bow waiting for her when she arrived. She reportedly listened to Christmas music and sipped a cappuccino as she headed home to New Jersey.
Giudice will be spending a “nice, quiet, low-key” holiday with her family, and won’t be making any public appearances in the coming days, Leonard said.
Despite reports in a British newspaper that “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Joe Giudice was seen driving a vehicle, in violation of a judge’s order, the Montville man’s attorney denies the claims.
There will be still more jailhouse drama to televise by March, when “Juicy Joe” takes his turn serving 41 months in prison, his own sentence in the fraud.
When she got home around 7:30 a.m., she was greeted by homemade “We Missed You”-type signs on the front door, E!” Not that she’ll get to drive it very far while she’s on house arrest for the next two months…
Teresa Giudice is a free woman.
Joe wasn’t the only member of the family celebrating Teresa’s return with gifts and kind gestures. She earned early release with good behavior. Federal law says that a person has to serve at least 85 percent of their sentence, and that timeframe would be over for Teresa Guidice as of February 5, 2016.
Her four daughters, Gia, 14, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 10, and Audriana, 6, remained inside the home despite a yellow school bus pulling up to the property to pick them up.
