Record breaking lows possible Sunday morning… Snow arrives by Sunday evening
The sunshine will be deceiving because temperatures will only warm to near 50 with north winds at 10 to 15 miles per hour.
Some light rain and flurries will arrive late Sunday night, mainly after 10 PM. Additionally, we may see an isolated snow shower across our northern mountains. Highs will only be in the mid to upper 60s.
Tuesday another cold front passes through, which will knock our temperatures back to the low to mid 50’s for daytime highs.
We’re tracking rain, snow and wind today. A front will move through on Friday and as of right now, it’ll be a morning front meaning high fire danger and windy in the afternoon.
Then from Tuesday through the rest of the week, it looks to be very attractive outside!
“When you join me Saturday night, we’re going to be looking at 30s and 40s”, Maze said.
Sunshine abounded the rest of the day, but it remained cold. The low temperature for Saturday is 20 degrees and the low for Sunday is 30 degrees with highs around 40 degrees both days. It will be a nice break from these storms. We’ll continue to monitor and update any changes to the forecast. A weak front is expected on Friday. Temperatures will also drop off a bit for Tuesday and Wednesday.
As much as a half-inch of rain is expected Saturday, and another quarter inch of rain Sunday, which together would about equal Thursday’s record-setting rainfall.
Will we feel any warmer temperatures?
