ReCore heading to PC, Microsoft confirm
The video was led by Social Marketing Manager Graeme Boyd, and the team showed of a balance of both exclusive and multiplatform games coming to the Xbox One in the future.
Not much has been said about ReCore, the action adventure game from Comcept and Armature Studio, since it was unveiled during Microsoft’s E3 2015 press conference.
This rumored unit might be offering user access to games, but not to the regular blockbuster games, but for limited games available at the Windows store.

The reveal was made unceremoniously in a rundown of Xbox’s plans for the year.
Since Xbox One Backward Compatibility released on November 12 with more than 100 playable titles, global Xbox gamers have logged more than 15 million hours playing Xbox 360 games on Xbox One. Next to ReCore’s entry, Microsoft says that the game is coming to the Xbox One and devices running its Windows operating system. “Joule is emblematic of this conviction, and we hope she’s a character who stands strong and stands out in a market filled with male heroes”.
It should be emphasized at this point that Microsoft has yet to respond to the rumors regarding a new Xbox One machine.
This new console is apparently meant to be compatible with Windows Store games, and is envisaged as being a direct competitor to Apple TV.
The smaller Xbox One will also be cheaper than its big brother, obviously and seeks to compete with the Apple TV. The device is able to play games for PS Vita, PSP and PS One, as well as stream PlayStation 3 titles through the service that is currently on beta at PlayStation Now. One game, Cobalt, which will also ship for Xbox One, is listed as being a Steam deliverable. It’s very unlikely that a large number of people that were considering purchasing the Xbox One won’t because of these new ReCore release details.
