Republicans of all stripes are bracing for battle over House Republicans’ plan to repeal Obamacare and replace it with a system of tax credits, with the newly introduced House bill at the epicenter of the fight. While penalties for those who don’t buy health insurance would be scrapped, those who let their coverage lapse could see their premiums raised by 30% by insurers.
