Republican Ted Cruz vows to abolish four USA cabinet agencies

After being pressed by moderator John Harwood, Perry ultimately gave up, uttering an excruciating “oops”.

Just over four years since Rick Perry’s now infamous “Oops” moment, another Texas Republican came dangerously close to having his own brain freeze on the debate stage.
