Resident Evil Revelations 2 is Coming to PS Vita on August 18

If you’ve been holding out for the PS Vita version of Resident Evil Revelations 2, your wait is nearly over. “The Struggle” takes players through the eyes of Moira as she tries to survive in between Claire’s departure and Barry’s arrival on the island. In the second episode, there will be further information regarding Natalia and her unusual abilities. The will come with all of the previous episodes, but also contain two more entitled The Struggle and Little Miss. This has been made possible by Frima Studios, who bring the collection to the hand-held device. In case you are wondering what it looks like, here’s the launch trailer! The official Playstation Blog confirms that it will be released in Europe on August 18th (digital download only). Both episodes play a critical role in understanding these characters and how they play into the main campaign. Other content consists of a throwback map pack, multiple storage expansions and an alternative costume pack for Story and Raid modes.

The PlayStation Network will also support a two-player co-op option for Raid Mode.

As recent Resident Evil games go, Revelations 2 was something of a return to form.

Revelations 2 will also include a Raid Mode available with 15 different characters, and also include Wesker and Hunk along with 200 missions which are there for on-the-go, lightning-fast action.
