RIDE programs planned for Super Bowl weekend
As people get ready for Super Bowl parties this weekend, all four police departments in Tippecanoe County are preparing to increase patrols to look out for drunken drivers. More than 100 additional motorists were charged with driving while under the influence by local police. “Even with Georgia’s own Cam Newton in the big game, there is no excuse for getting behind the wheel after drinking”.
If drinking beer is part of Super Bowl party plans, make arrangements for a designated driver.
On Sunday, the day of Super Bowl 50, there will be lots of game-day socializing and that means a lot of drinking.
