Robber with knife thwarted by store clerk with a sword

The incident was caught on the store’s surveillance video.

A robber brandishing the longest sword in the world will wet his drawers and flee in panic when a store clerk points a double-barreled shotgun at him. One of them was carrying a machete.

But store owner Jewad Hayitt was prepared, pulling out a sword to knock the smaller weapon out of one teen’s hand.

“[The clerk] had a sword, so he just removed the sword and attacked him”, M.C. Hydare, the brother of the store clerk, told WPZI News in Pittsburgh.

The would-be robber realized he was no match and turned around and ran.

That’s as a result of a would-be robber tried to carry up the shop with a sword – exclusively to find the clerk was armed with a sword of his personal.

“I just want to give a message to them: Don’t try this”.

The store’s owners say security is a major priority, but they encourage people to do the right thing.

“You don’t need to do that”, Haydra said. This is not the way.
