But on Wednesday, August 5, the couple surprised many people when they tied the knot at their Bel-Air home without the whole world knowing about it.

While he hosted the party, Jimmy wasn’t the “Leftovers” actor’s Best Man. Courteney Cox, a.k.a. Monica Geller got the nod, according to People, while Scott Campbell was Theroux’s best man. Cox was also reportedly the last person to leave around 3 a.m., because she’s a true friend. The happy couple’s wedding ceremony took place at their L.A. home, and a bunch of A-list guests were with them during the special day.

“Jennifer chose the top floral designer in Los Angeles to create gorgeous crown-like headpieces for her bridesmaids and she absolutely loved them”, a source close to the wedding planner tells Radar exclusively. The former “Friends” star is known for her tight-knit group of pals, and many her pals turned up for the wedding, which they were told was a party for Theroux’s 44th birthday.

This is, of course, a second wedding for Aniston, who was previously married to Brad Pitt. As Gossip Cop previously noted, the couple traveled to the French Polynesian island this time last year to celebrate their engagement anniversary and Theroux turning 43.

The wedding preparations reportedly started in the afternoon with the wedding cake coming in at about 2pm and the pastor arriving to the spot by 5pm.

Representatives for Aniston and Theroux did not immediately comment when asked to confirm the report.

TMZ reports the couple disguised the event as an elaborate house party complete with a cake featuring puppet versions of themselves.

Guests invited by Aniston, 46, and Theroux, 43, included Howard Stern, Jason Bateman, Lisa Kudrow, Sia, Samantha Ronson, Chelsea Handler, and John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, E!
