Robert Kraft trolls the Mannings after Peyton’s Super Bowl win

But Patriots owner Robert Kraft wants to make sure everyone knows his quarterback – Tom Brady – has won more Super Bowls than the reigning Super Bowl-winning quarterback, Peyton Manning, and his kid brother, Giants quarterback Eli Manning. Who’s the “we” that has Tom Brady as a son?

“I think if I have any regret”, Kraft told Maria Stephanos of WCVB-TV in Boston on Wednesday, via ESPN.com, “it’s that the conference championship game wasn’t played here in our hometown”. “He has two sons who have won two Super Bowls [each]. But with all due respect, we have one son who has won four”, he said, via Yahoo Sports. Kraft took a little jab. Eli and Peyton are separate people who have won Super Bowls for different teams, none of which the elder Manning owned.

The Patriots are one of the winningest teams of the past decade, but without the Manning Brothers wrecking their postseason plans prematurely, it could’ve been much more.

If you listen to the show you realize I am not a New England Patriots fan. Did the Krafts adopt Tom Brady without telling anyone? New England sputtered down the stretch, losing its final two games of the regular season. Unfortunately for Kraft, however, that didn’t happen, and while he tries to discount Peyton Manning’s rings, the amusing reality is that if it weren’t for the Manning brothers, Kraft would nearly surely be wearing more than four of them on his hand.
