Yes we do know that Rob is madly in love with his lady FKA Twigs and is in no way interested in Kristen whatsoever! We also know that Kristen was a past affair of Rob, however, it would have been so much better if he had informed Kristen that he was already engaged, as she would not have been this devastated and shocked! .
