That’s not to be confused with another film at Sundance called “Wiener-Dog” about a dachshund. Two years later, he wanted to host a larger festival that would attract filmmakers to Utah. I also want to say thank you to every last person that has given me their time, introduced themselves, talked with me, argued with me, sat with me, held a spot in line for me, laughed with me, or had a drink with me. “I think it’s always changing”, Redford said.
He’s not into the Oscars, only the work..
This year’s jury members include Damon Russell, Jack Sergeant, Vanessa Hope and Steve Montal, according to Variety. “I’m not into that”.
“I can see the headline: ‘I don’t like Oscars, ‘” Redford joked. That’s for Donald Trump to say!
“What I like also about this film is that it’s for everybody”, Brisson said. “There’s moving image content everywhere, so I think showing films of quality is a very powerful tool, and I think it’s important for kids and younger audiences to have the option … to see the films and see the stories that may not necessarily be the mainstream Hollywood stories”.
