Robin Williams House: Two Winemakers Buy Napa Valley Estate For $18.1M
The Napa Valley estate of the late comedian Robin Williams has sold for $18.1 million.
The property includes almost 19 acres of vineyards but does not include a winery.
Whether the successful buyers have got a bargain or not, they certainly have plenty of features in their new five-bedroom property in California.
According to the estate agency listings, it comes with a 20,000-square-foot house with a screening room and a climate-controlled wine room.

Williams committed suicide on August 11, 2014, at his home in Tibourn, Calif. He struggled with Lewy body dementia and Parkinson’s. It was originally listed for $35 million but had its price slashed several times before it was finally sold, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Tesseron reportedly plans to make wine from the property, now planted to 18 planted acres of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc grapes.
The listing agents were Joyce Rey and Cyd Greer of Coldwell Banker Previews International. The buyers were represented by William Densberger and Rob Landsness of Pacific Union.
The property also boasts a private tower and bridge, 65 foot infinity swimming pool, indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces and manicured gardens.
However, Robin Williams’ wife Susan shared a somewhat different perspective on the death of her husband by claiming that his depression was just one piece of the puzzle.
