Ronda Rousey Awkwardly Answers Ridiculous MMA, Time-Travel Question

It’s been quite a day for Ronda Rousey on the Worldwide Leader. She’s so insufferable sometimes.

During her appearances on “Raw” to this point, it’s clear Rousey’s microphone skills need development and polishing as a WWE personality. Then she ended up getting grilled about her failures as an MMA superstar. When she faced Holm and Nunes-a boxing champion and a hard-hitting specialist-Rousey tried to beat them at their own game, toe-to-toe, rather than leaning on her Olympic-level skills. However, the risks at this point far outweigh the reward for Rousey, who has already accomplished everything she possibly could in the UFC. When you knew in your mind, “I’m not going to fight anymore?”

“I have never seen athlete transition so quickly into WWE as her in terms of understanding what she needs to do to connect”.

That look on her face.

When the interviewer asked her if she thought that was his opinion, she shrugged in silence.

Sort of like the route Brock Lesnar chose to go – back and forth between the WWE and UFC.

“I experienced a lot of people who quote “some people” that are really just afraid to state their own opinion”, Rousey responded to Kellerman. That’s your question to me? Go back in the octagon.

As part of her new career in the pro-wrestling world, Rousey did an ESPN “carwash” earlier this week and was a guest on multiple shows. This leaves fight fans questioning: What went wrong with Rousey? All of a sudden Golic is gonna ask about time travel? He glazed over that comma a bit and maybe didn’t nail the order of the words. He said that Triple H wanted Rousey under his thumb. “What’s that? I can’t comma”. But the situation with Golic was a case of not paying full attention, for whatever reason, and it wasn’t a good look. She had a brutal interaction with co-host Mike Golic.

This narrative of this match is built on a kernel of truth, as all great WWE matches are. WWE put up some edited clips of her four hour training sessions. Her response was truly remarkable in how confrontational it was. And she even acknowledges that she anxious, for a split second, about the chop – out of concern she’d suffer an injury before a fight.
