Ronda Rousey gladly accepts invite to Marine Corps Ball
Wrestling superstar Ronda Rousey made a fearless Marine’s dream come true when she said she would accept his request to go with him to the Marine Corps Ball. In the video, Haschert told Rousey that he thinks she is a phenomenal person and he loves everything that she does.
On a mobile device? “I really hope this doesn’t get in the way of your training for your next fight in January, but I hope you take this into consideration because if you do, you’ll truly be making my dream come true”.
UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey will take a break from knocking people out to go to a marine ball on December 11 – but there are some strings attached. According to USA Today on Tuesday, the fighter graciously accepted the invite and will make time on her calendar in December for attending the event after watching his video.
Ronda was flattered by Jarrod’s on-camera proposal that has so far been viewed 4 million times, telling TMZ: ‘I’ll totally go.
Rousey responded in a new video posted by TMZ, confirming that she’s indeed free now that her upcoming fight against Holly Holm has been moved up to November. 14. “I’ll probably go a little longer waiting for her, but you know, if she showed up sooner rather than later, I don’t know how much longer I would go after that”. Rousey asked. Rousey says Haschert, who is 22-years-old, is her type. Dressed in full marine uniform, the fearless man asks his long-time crush to be his date. “I$3 wish I could have seen his face”. She doesn’t think she’s good enough with what she has.
“It just seems unfinished – my career, there’s more left to do – I don’t feel like I’m done yet….”
There is a catch though – Jarrod has to find three dates for the other three members of the Four Horsewomen (Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke, Marina Shafir).
