Roswell police turn Bobbi Kristina investigation over to District attorney

Peachtree Christian Hospice is under an hour from Bobbi Kristina’s Atlanta-area condo, where she was found facedown and unresponsive in her bathtub on January 31. She has never regained consciousness. Her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, with whom she shared her home, has begged to see her and been refused by her family.

The conservator also issued a statement, saying, “Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown”.

Gordon was also accused of assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Her grandmother, gospel great Cissy Houston, has been candid from the beginning about her condition not improving.

It is a surprising development as representatives of her father, Bobby, denied reports made last week that her health has deteriorated further.

As Bobbi Kristina’s alleged husband, Nick Gordon limited with whom she could have contact, answered her personal cell phone, manipulated her finances by routinely transferring a large portion of Bobbi Kristina’s funds into his own account, and he “would not allow her to make appointments without his approval”.

The comment ‘another tooth’ refers to the fact Gordon allegedly knocked out one of Bobbi’s teeth in an earlier altercation.

He posted a message to his Twitter account that didn’t mention the lawsuit, but said, in part: “We keep praying”.

Gordon was partly raised by Whitney Houston as an informally adopted son.

Police were called to Brown’s home in suburban Atlanta on 31 January, in response to a “drowning”.

The statement added the Houston family thanks “everyone for their support and prayers”.

A producer at The Insider tweeted a statement from Pat Houston, on behalf of the Houston family. Heart disease and cocaine use were listed as contributing factors in Houston’s death, according to the Associated Press. The papers also accuses Gordon of physically attacking Brown on multiple occasions before the January 31 incident. Her parents divorced when she was 14.
