Rubio Responds to Cruz Secret Recordings: ‘My Message is Pretty Consistent’

Try Ted Cruz Today’s political spotlight – once more – is fixed on Donald Trump, given the three new polls (national NYT/CBS, Fox News source of South Carolina, Winthrop of South Carolina) in that show him leading the Republican presidential race.
“I like and respect Donald Trump, I continue to like and respect Donald Trump”, Cruz told reporters while campaigning in SC earlier this week. “I don’t believe either one of them is going to be our president”.

Trump has repeatedly made false or dubious assertions, such as his debunked claim to have seen thousands of Muslims in New Jersey cheering the 9/11 attacks.

The real estate mogul easily topped the other GOP presidential hopefuls, earning 32 percent of support from likely Republican primary voters. Polling 437 Latinos, an MSNBC, Telemundo and Marist poll revealed 55 percent of Latinos have a “very” negative view of Trump, while 12 percent hold a “somewhat” negative opinion of the businessman.
This only serves to frighten gullible people, while promoting a “them” versus “us” mentality, which plays directly into the hands of ISIS.
