On the Republican side, businessman Donald Trump is still leading in New Hampshire despite his failure to snatch victory from Ted Cruz in the Iowa Caucus. “There’s no reason to go to SC and sit in a hotel room and do that”.
Professor Smith said he was waiting to find out if any of the moderate Republicans becomes the establishment choice going forward. “He does not have a viable path to the nomination, and he certainly does not have a viable path in SC”.
