Rubio Wins Former Minn. Gov. Tim Pawlenty’s Endorsement
Former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, himself a past candidate for president, endorsed Rubio on Monday, calling him “the strongest voice, the strongest image and really the most thoughtful and informed strong view about how to move this country forward from a conservative perspective”. Orrin Hatch, Arizona Sen. Dole also said he doubted Trump could unite the GOP like other candidates would.
Kasich, who finished second in New Hampshire’s primary, won the endorsement of Tom Ridge, a former secretary of the Homeland Security Department and Pennsylvania governor. Both were trailing behind mogul and SC victor Donald Trump – another candidate Dole commented on Monday.
“I walk in and they all have special interest lobbyist and donors sitting in the room and I don’t have any donors because I don’t have any special interests and I don’t have any lobbyists”, Trump told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos.

“Then I think you start printing the inaugural invitation”, Dole joked. He’s a bona fide movement conservative. He focused on how the votes that are cast this year will drastically change life for generations. “There are no better cautionary tales for how risky Rubio’s policies would be for Minnesota’s families than Pawlenty and Coleman”.
