Surprise, surprise – a new “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” video was dropped on us over the weekend.
The old guard of Luke, Leia, Han, Chewie and the gang will be represented as Star Wars continues, but J.J. Abrams’ focus is definitely on the new generation, including Daisy Ridley’s Rey, John Boyega’s Finn and Oscar Isaac’s Poe Dameron. Lucky for us, this trailer shows us a few more shots and a voiceover we’ve never seen before. There have been a slew of rumors regarding Rey and Finn’s heritage, with J.J.

The newly released worldwide trailer of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” contains indirect confirmation of fan theories about the family ties of Daisy Ridley’s character. But why would Finn and Rey travel to a distant planet seeking assistance from an alien space pirate?

While the narrator speaks, scenes of Rey flash, which immediately led fans to believe that she may be, in a familial way, connected to Skywalker.
