Rumour Mill: Divock Origi could leave Liverpool on loan in January
The Liverpool squad looks low on confidence and its hard to see where the next win will come from.
As a result, reports claim that Fener are considering a move, with the Istanbul giants short of firepower following the exits of Moussa Sow and Dirk Kuyt.
That is according to Dean Jones of the Mirror, who says the Reds would be interested in loaning the Belgian striker out “to ensure he progresses” to the level required.
He joined up with the team this summer but has struggled to make an impact.
Some Liverpool fans here over by the pool table in the Transfer Tavern are bemused by this news.
Liverpool have a wealth of strikers at their disposal with the likes of Danny Ings and Christian Benteke joining in the summer and the departing of Origi is certainly not beyond the realms of possibility.
After their side’s inability to win games they think the team should be mixed up a bit, and Origi should be given more of a chance by Brendan Rodgers.
Cheryshev has been linked with a number of top Premier League clubs, having spent a successful season on loan at Villarreal last season.
Could Liverpool FC really consider letting Divock Origi leave the club on loan once again?
