Rupert Grint supports Fighting Cancer through “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning”!
Organiser Karen Williams of Forget Me Not Care said, “Bring your friends, family and children and help support Macmillan Cancer Support”.
The team chose to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support after Neil’s wife, Gillian, was diagnosed with breast cancer and lost her hair as a result of treatment.
“I’m so grateful for all donations we have received so far, MacMillan is a charity that is close to our hearts, so we’d just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has contributed and helped us”.
Last year the charity raised £25 million and this year it is aiming to raise even more.
There are plenty of arty things you can download from its website to get you started such as cake labels and cake flags, bunting, posters and flyers, invitations and a gift aid form.
Other banks could charge a processing fee and using them means Macmillan can’t trace your payment. Go along and have a chat with staff and friends.
On offer will be a range of delicious cakes plus coffee/teas for visitors to purchase.
In addition there will be the opportunity to buy plants from the estate, talk to one of the Ragley gardeners and purchase raffle tickets with some great prizes such as Ragley branded biscuits, chocolate, wine and visitor passes.
