S Korean Parliament Adopts Resolution Condemning North’s Nuclear Test

The US and United Nations have also announced that they’re working on sanctions against the North as a punitive measure.
South Koreans are divided over the resumption of propaganda broadcasts across the border into North Korea in response to Pyongyang’s nuclear test.
