Samsung Galaxy S8: Pre-orders due to start 10th April
Samsung Galaxy S8 will come in two sub-variants. Express stated that a Carphone Warehouse store had released a new homepage for tech enthusiast that would like a pre-order of Samsung Galaxy S8.
The news was posted on Twitter by Samsung Galaxy smartphone lovers group and it reveals some clear images of the said device.
Earlier reports suggested that Samsung along with its arm, Samsung Display, will introduce foldable displays and smartphones to a select audience at the MWC 2017 trade show. MIL-STD 810G, on the other hand, is a lot more serious. And then on April 21, Friday, is that start of its official sale.
Baltic States users of Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge phones will be the next to get Android 7.0 Nougat update for their handsets. The company expects to ship 7.8 million phones in April and 4.7 million this month of March. An image of the Galaxy S8 leaked online, revealing that the phone could have customization options for the buttons on the screen.
For those wondering about the manufacturing of the Galaxy S8+, unfortunately no details on the same have been shared.
Samsung also promised that the Galaxy XCover 4 “can be carried as an outdoor smartphone nearly everywhere”, reiterating that it was certified with IP68, which makes it protected even when dipped in a 1.5-meter water for 30 minutes.
One of the new smartphone trends this year is going to be bigger screens.
Samsung Electronics’ upcoming smartphone Galaxy S8 received a favorable response from its global partners after the company unveiled it to them during the Mobile World Congress last week, according to local news reports.
The flagship device is rumored to come with an iris scanner, placed right above the display screen.
