Samsung launches two smartphones in India: Specs, price and availability

Samsung’s Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus will seemingly cost £799 & £899 in the United Kingdom, which converts to about $981 and $1,103 Dollars respectively. However, looking at the design, it is in keeping with the design of the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro and Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro. Basically, the C5 Pro is a smaller version of the C7 Pro phablet. The Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) comes with 5.2-inch Super AMOLED Full HD display with a resolution of 1080*1920 pixels, carrying a pixel density of 423 PPI. Regarding hardware power, Galaxy J7 (2017) is expected to be fueled by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 chipset. On the camera front, it gets a 16MP rear snapper and a 16MP front-facing camera. The top of the unit carries a secondary microphone (presumably to pick up ambient noise) and the SIM card tray (which likely also holds the MicroSD card for additional storage). The physical home button on the front come integrated with a fingerprint sensor and can be used for Samsung Pay. And after that, they stop the production of Samsung Galaxy Note 7. The phone also gets Samsung’s proprietary Always-on display and USB Type-C for charging and data syncing.

If all goes according to plan, the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ will be unveiled by Samsung later this month during a press conference on March 29th. However, as per Sam Mobile, it’s still uncertain as to whether or not the phone will hit the worldwide market.

After witnessing the massive popularity of Galaxy C7 Pro in China, Samsung has now launched a slightly different Galaxy C5 Pro. A report claims the new smartphones will be available for preorder on April 10. This even includes minor apps like the calculator that can now offer real-time conversion rates. The news was confirmed as CNET reported that the South Korean tech giant’s Mobile Chief assures to bring back a better, very innovative and much safer Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Notably, the selfie camera is also 16MP which comes with f/1.9 aperture.
