Samsung might be working on a new edition of Samsung Galaxy S8

The launch event is expected to happen in New Delhi. Comparing the features of both phones the Galaxy S8 has a more defined approach.

A spokesperson for the company confirmed Koh’s remarks but declined to provide exact numbers for the pre-orders for the new devices. Bixby enters a crowded field of digital assistants powered by artificial intelligence that includes Apple’s Siri, Google Assistant, Microsoft’s Cortana and Amazon’s Alexa. Both the phones come with Alway On display and IP68 water and dust resistance capabilities. The smartphone is equipped with an Exynos 8895 10nm SoC (which is the version that will be launched in India), while there’s an alternate variant that uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset.

It seems that Samsung might be cooking something about the Dual Cameras on Galaxy S8.

While Samsung Galaxy S8 features a 5.8-inch super AMOLED display, Galaxy S8+ features a 6.2-inch super AMOLED display.

The home button has been shifted beneath the “infinity display”. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is also headed to the same network provider as well, and is likely to be unveiled in June, a time frame when the Active lineup gets its refresh every year.

The new device has been well-received, and some investors and analysts said it could set a first-year sales record for the smartphone giant.
