Sanders says he supports repealing gun manufacture immunity
Rep. Adam Schiff, one of the Democrats behind the new bill to repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA), said Sanders’s backing of the bill puts him among those trying to correct a “serious mistake”.

Pica said earlier Friday that the organization feels “this is the best thing we think we can do (for Sanders) right now”.
Sanders notes that he has voted to close the so-called gun show loophole and tighten background checks but stands by his vote on gun manufacturers. Clinton played it cool, saying it had more to do with the timing than anything.
Clinton enters the fourth Democratic debate looking to mimic the first. “He’s trying to flip the boat, expose all of the leaks and rotting wood, while professing we need a boat that works for the American middle class (all while floating next to a yacht with people hoping he’ll sink)”. Her momentum has stalled.
“It was probably never going be a straight line – we hoped it would be but feared it wouldn’t be”, said James Carville, the Democratic strategist on Bill Clinton’s 1992 campaign and a longtime friend of the Clintons. She has all the structural advantages. She also needs to show she is above the fray by not getting flustered by tough questions or attacks on her record.
Sanders has emphasized his early opposition to the pipeline, in contrast to Clinton, who as secretary of state at one point said she was “inclined” to approve the project. She points to his 2005 vote for legislation giving gun manufactures immunity from lawsuits as a sign that the senator wouldn’t fight forcefully enough against powerful interest groups.

Hillary Clinton said her attacks against Bernie Sanders’ health care program were “absolutely founded” because the senator wants to radically change health care in the country but has yet to provide any details. “Now, if that is the revolution he is talking about, I am anxious, folks”.
And Sanders supports truly universal health care.
The Democrat National Committee has done everything it can to make Hillary Clinton president.
Clinton’s campaign does not agree.
