Scalebound GamesCom 2015 Gameplay Is Jaw Dropping, Supports 4 Player Co-op
Video game developer Platinum Games and publisher Microsoft are using the press conference at Gamescom 2015 to deliver the first gameplay footage taken from the new Scalebound, featuring some impressive dragon-based action.
The demo, controlled on-stage by Platinum Games’ Hideki Kamiya, showed the main character and his faithful dragon friend tearing up a regiment of knights. We also get a glimpse of the game’s HUD, which looks very similar to Bayonetta’s.
The trailer describes that this cloud powered gameplay allows Crackdown 3 to harness 20x times the computational power of the Xbox One by itself.
The second title did not benefit from the involvement of David Jones and was not as well received by gamers.
New information detailed and multiplayer beta teased.
Microsoft has not made it clear whether the game will offer any kind of single-player elements or will focus exclusively on multiplayer action.
